By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees. Late payments may result in the suspension of managed services until the account is brought current.

4. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

All proprietary frameworks, system architectures, and software environments deployed by Mana Strategic LLC remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in writing. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client data, internal networks, and business operations accessed during our engagement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mana Strategic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services or infrastructure.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
